Sounds takes the the game to the new levels-if you don't think so, try playing with sounds off. In GOW 2, the gun shots, explosions and foot squashes make for great aural stimuli.

the game is quite gory, so keep the game kids away from it. Just in case the youngsters manage to get their hands on a copy, parents can turn on the mature content filter which will disable unkind words and on-screen blood.

The graphics are excellent with good detailing of charecters and scenery. Firing in the aim mode and blasts are also better than in the first version of the game. The melee attack lets the player kill the enemy close by with the chain saw attached to the gun and it looks very cool on screen but gory too. The blood gushes all over even on the TV screen.
